RECHECK, Inc., a full-service collection agency specializing in small business collections, was formed in 1998 by co-founder Mark A. Kahrs, Esquire. RECHECK handles all types of delinquent accounts including consumer, commercial, medical, professional account receivables, NSF checks and payday loan accounts. As a practicing licensed attorney, Mr. Kahrs has over fifteen years experience in collection law. He is President and CEO of Kahrs Law Offices, P.A. and formerly served as the President of the Wichita Credit Attorney's Association. In addition, he is an active member of the Kansas Credit Attorney's Association and a lecturer on Collection law.
